Application of the case

1) Village under the provisions of sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Act

The applicant for the constitution of the court is in prescribed Form-1 to the Chairman of the Union Parishad

Will submit the application.

(2) According to the provisions of sub-rule (1), the said application shall contain the following particulars,

Namely:

(a) the name of the Union Parishad to which the application is made;

(b) the name of the applicant and his father, mother and, as the case may be, spouse; and

address;

(c) the name and address of the respondent and his father, mother and, as the case may be, spouse;

(d) the union in which the offense was committed or the cause of dispute or suit arose

the name of the place under the jurisdiction of that Union;

(e) the nature and valuation (monetary value) of the complaint or claim with brief details;

(f) the names and addresses of the witnesses and their fathers, mothers and, as the case may be, spouses;

And

(g) Remedy sought.

(3) The time for filing an application under the provisions of sub-section (1) of the Schedule to the Act

10 (Ten) taka in case of criminal case mentioned in the first part and civil case mentioned in the second part

If there is a case, a fee of 20 (twenty) taka will have to be paid.
