Enamul Haque, Deputy Assistant Agriculture Officer told the meeting that in this season about 300 hectares of land in this union are being planted with potatoes, hybrid bitter gourd seeds and flowers, Bada coppice, brinjal, sweet pumpkin. It is hoped that if the seasonal crop is produced well, the demand of this union will be met and sold in other districts of the country. He also informed in the meeting that advice is given to the farmers so that they can grow more crops at home and produce and care for vegetables.
